Innovation and creativity are old too. When analyzing innovations of our time, we cannot fail to see that an overwhelming majority of them are tangible, being either technology tools laptops, iPads, smart Innovations in education book or technology-based learning systems and materials, e. Why then has technology not contributed much to the productivity of learning? The trend stifled true education and produced unsatisfactory learning outcomes that changed the nature of teaching, narrowing the curriculum and limiting student learning. A separate workbook is available that teaches the importance of submitting and implementing improvement ideas at work. They have not yet been subjected to rigorous scrutiny.

Email Them! The misconception is that idea generation is the hard part, which it rarely is. This then integrates innovators, implementers, educational leadership, professional community and, certainly, the learners. In education, nothing works if the students do not. If they stand up to scientific scrutiny, then these innovative practices will have evolved into evidence-based practices.

By their very nature, innovations are new and untested. Did we not hope that new information technologies would make education more effective and relieve teachers from tedious labor? Is this where one of the main problems of innovating lies? One of the successful examples of applying this method is Albert Einstein.
